- Seminary Plus is an organization that will provide coaching
and continuing education for church leaders, beginning with
pastors and eventually including other staff members.
- Our goal is to address the problems of isolation and discouragement
in church leaders by providing small group and one-on-one sessions
to assist them with developing a plan of action enabling them
to stay engaged in their ministry.
- The ultimate purpose is to equip and encourage pastors to
remain faithful to their calling and to continue to develop
their potential in the service of our Lord.
- Our plan is to offer pastoral coaching for a very small registration
fee and no ongoing costs so that we will be able to help pastors
without adding to their financial burden.

- Consultations - two-day dialogue
with
an individual pastor for a time of encouragement and sharing
- Covenants - commitment with an
individual minister over a three month period of time
- Collaborations - group meetings
with a small group of pastors that will focus on preaching or
pastoral ministry or leadership
